Meet Frank Salvo:

I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and received my degree in radiology from University Hospitals and Case Western Reserve University. I relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, to continue my radiology career at Carolina’s Health Care Systems.  I retired from radiology in 1998, after purchasing the
1889 WhiteGate Inn & Cottage.  The Inn is an eleven unit, Select Registry property. 

The love of the Bed and Breakfast industry and my commitment to our industry led me to a career in Real Estate, specializing in Bed and Breakfast sales.  I joined forces with Connie Munden at North Carolina Inn Brokers Inc., to accomplish the task.  NC Inn Brokers is a full service firm serving the entire state of North Carolina and is highly recognized in North Carolina as the leader in Inn sales.

I am currently serving as of President of the North Carolina Bed and Breakfast Association, and the Asheville Bed and Breakfast Association. I have served on the Advisory Council for the Professional Association of Innkeepers International for the past six years. I travel lecturing on Bed and Breakfast Operations and Bed and Breakfast Sales.  I look forward to serving your needs in the Inn Real Estate market, whether you are considering selling or purchasing your Bed and Breakfast Inn.
